Company History & FoundationTan Tech was actually started in 2008, even though I started fiddling with equipment since my mother could buy me a toy. Just open it up and see how it works. But seriously started computers in 1993 and established Tan Tech Consulting in 2008 as Tan Tech Consulting CC. I did not get work that much although people who wanted free fixing of their computers and not to pay would promise heaven and earth to get me government deals or some government contact. And I got tired and then I formed Tan Tech Consulting. Around 2015 or 2016 I wanted to re-establish my company for better structure and deals and CIPRO had changed the rules and they were only registering PTY LTD private type of companies and I had to announce on a newspaper and my in-law cousin ripped me off and charged me 15 000.00 to register the company and other two companies and ran away with most of my money almost R45 000.00 and that is how I formed Tan Tech (PTY) Ltd. Computers I fell in-love with since 1993 and decided to branch away from Financial side of my National Diploma which was Financial Information Systems. So I did not want to wear a tie to work every day and I was just horrible in Accounting with my 44% or barely making it and wearing a suit and tie everyday was just not for me. So, I started being an engineer and breaking and fixing computers. That is the story.

Company History & FoundationCollectiveIS 4IR (PTY) Ltd, was bought on a few rounds of Heineken Drafts and Zamalek at Sandton – at an Irish Pub called Brazen Head and R100.00 deal from a close friend of mine called Marcus Subramanian and a hand-shake and laptop draft and some idiot promised us a deal at some billionaire company blah blah… The idiot drives an old convertible Jaguar. Anyways I did the paperwork and there were some support deals coming through, so I did the paperwork and went through my contact reputable list and when the fire was on the Jaguar guy was never answering Marcus’ calls. All he ever wanted was for Marcus to help him with his traffic fines!! Some relationships get broken like that with these big takers. And I never mend those bridges, I just build a new one next to the broken one! So, the company was dormant for a long time until I wanted to break Tan Tech apart and shed some weight to it. So, Marcus was a silent partner on those deals that never came through. I own the company 100% and it is positioned as a Financial Systems Software Company and Cyber Forensics and Penetration testing skills which I am currently getting my qualifications on and I am flowing because I am passing every week and building the company to be formidable and serious with all the paperwork in order and ready for any type of support in the world. Most of my qualifications and certificates are usually international certificates that you can verify anytime and anywhere.

Company History & FoundationIngxolo Tactical Unit (PTY) Ltd was formed in a very personal way to me! My mother’s maiden surname is Ngxola and my middle name is Luxolo. Ngxola means Noise in English. Luxolo means there is Peace. So, I grew up in a very violent and physical abusive household, so my parents divorced around when I was 7/8-year-old. When I was about 15 years old my mother finally won the custody with a lot of broken teeth in that process and back then, police would not even entertain such cases as in rural areas magistrates would go and drink with the same teachers after school. So, who bothered to protect females related. Unfortunately, these situations are still the status quo to this day! So I thought how do I turn all that around and my love for firearms and being caught-up in political violent situations in Natal and jail in the mid-80s and a healing and I thought of forming a Security Company called iNGXO — representing the family (Ngxola) that made me this man and the woman that was leading and pushing me and hating my political entanglements and violence, I am today and the fearlessness and education and what can I protect and dedicate to her. So, I formed that and took the peace in the chaos and added the suffix of my middle name -LO for Luxolo and bring Peace to the noise. Then use that Wathinta Abafazi - Wathinta Imbokodo by ANC Women League and Black Sash and people like Aunty Winnie and Ruth First and my mother. So put a spin on the name and said IMBOKODO YESINTU is the Tagline of the company. So, I said iNgxolo Tactical Unit. The i as a small letter is a sign of respecting my mother’s maiden name. The other way is that I can flip it to NG for NGOMANE and XOLO for Luxolo but there is no story that much there to chat about or understand the roots and the history.

I moved all the Alarm Systems and CCTV to another company and then registered this for Digital Marketing and Social Media channel. Trust me people need self-defense awareness and training out there. So, no matter which way you look at it guns will sell, it is just to you how you use that as a defense and as an offence. I choose defense and protection and training and awareness to those that are vulnerable and offer job opportunities. So long as humans are on this earth, protection and security is crucial whichever way you look at it. INX Tactical is the media division of Ingxolo Tactical Unit (PTY) Ltd.

I wanted it as Ingxolo (PTY) Ltd and only when I received the paperwork was it Ingxolo Alarms. I tried to change it online, but it is not that necessary. At least some people can just say your Alarm company because saying Ingxolo name is hard whether you black or white!! That clique is hard. But the mistake is made it is not clique of the tongue. It is like using your side jaws up-and down against your teeth that gives you that kind of clique which most people use even in horses. It comes from your upper and lower jaw against your teeth like you have a piece of beef stuck there. Yes…like that…you got it. Now let us move on…

So I could not even get that fincen.com. I think at one point I was offered some crazy amount for fincen.com domain like $846 000 USD to buy it via GoDaddy!! He he he… poor me!! So, I settled for the RSA (Republic of South Africa) and the Green colour is for the green dollar bill. Green represents money to some, to some being Irish and who hates money green and green as a fresh colour and white in finance. I formed the company. It stayed dormant because my wife was too involved in Corporate Finance and I was too busy with other nonsense like Construction tenders losing money to idiots that are greedier than me. She is retired now, and I am back and with AI, what is it I cannot do really to debit and credit!! So, it is back-up again and getting its paperwork ready. So if you are in White-Collar-Crime, when you see that name, start shaking very hard and just confess!!
